HOW IT WORKS

HYDROLYSED WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE

Provides excellent absorption and digestibility provided by the hydrolysis process. Each serving contains 4.2g of BCAA (branched chain amino acids) and 3.3g of glutamine, which optimize muscle growth, anabolic action and the restoration of the muscle tissue. In some studies whey protein was also associated with stimulating endogenous synthesis of antioxidants such as glutathione, strengthening the immune system and reducing inflammation in the body. Each serving of 30g of H.I Whey offers 44% of the daily amount of protein that an adult needs.


CROSS-FLOW MICROFILTRATION (CFM)

The purification technique is fundamental to the quality of whey protein. CFM operates at low temperatures and without the use of chemicals. The process preserves protein subfractions with high biological value such as lactoferrin, glycomacropeptides and immunoglobulins with important functions in the body (antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antioxidative). CFM also separates the protein from undesirable substances such as fats and carbohydrates (lactose) and produces a very highly concentrated protein (c. 95%). Other techniques, such as ion-exchange, are not capable of maintaining these important protein subfractions and they use chemical reagents, such as hydrochloric acid, that degrade the product.

HOW TO USE

Mix one scoop of H.I Whey 25 g, in 200 ml of water. Mix in a shaker cup or blender until completely homogeneous.
